These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the game Suho, the website suhogame.com, and the online leaderboard (together, the "Services"), operated by Hanamori Labs, LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Suho, or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Suho for your own non-commercial entertainment through the official client(s). If you obtained Suho through a store such as Steam, that store's terms also apply to your purchase and installation.
While using the Services you must not:
The leaderboard is an optional online feature. Every submission is re-simulated on our servers to verify it. We may, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice, refuse, remove, or correct any entry (including any display name) that we believe violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or results from a bug or exploit, and we may restrict a player's access to the leaderboard for repeated or serious violations.
You are responsible for the display name and any other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Hanamori Labs, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host and display it in connection with the Services. Do not include personal information in a display name (see our Privacy Policy).
Everything Suho itself supplies - art, models, animation, sound, music, text, code, gameplay mechanics, names, trademarks, and the look-and-feel of the game and website - belongs to Hanamori Labs, LLC. Except for the licence above, no rights are granted to you. You may capture and share screenshots, recordings, and streams of your own gameplay for non-commercial purposes, including with monetisation the platform you publish on permits (for example, YouTube or Twitch).
Where Suho is sold through a store such as Steam, all transactions are handled by that store under its terms and refund policy; we do not process payments directly. We do not sell items that affect game balance or give competitive advantages, and there are no loot boxes or gacha mechanics.
The Services are provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features (including the leaderboard) at any time, and we update the game with patches and balance changes. We are not liable for any unavailability of online features.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all attacks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanamori Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Suho in the preceding twelve months or (b) USD $25. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those places, only the limitations the law allows apply, and nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify Hanamori Labs, LLC against claims brought by third parties that arise out of your violation of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or your submitted content. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own negligence or misconduct.
You may stop using Suho at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the online features if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms when the game changes materially. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, note them on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
